In this new update, we have updated the following for V2:

• Improved Performance (especially during elections): The ElectionTime function checks for specific months and years associated with election periods, adjusting trading conditions during these times to mitigate high volatility risks.

• New Recovery Algorithm: The recovery logic in RecoveryAlgo activates when a specified drawdown threshold is met (-10%). It calculates a trade’s volume based on previous losses and dynamically doubles the lot size, applying FIFO-compliant order management to reduce loss exposure.

• Loss cut feature Improvement: The ApplyLossCut function now includes expanded loss cut types (lcamount and lcpercent), with enhanced logic to pause trading or restart on a scheduled interval (daily, weekly) if losses exceed predefined thresholds.

• Optimized code to run better for backtests.

• Fixed issue with DLL import (no longer required to enable DLLs).

• Fixed Automatic News refresh issue.

The period leading up to the upcoming U.S. presidential inauguration is expected to present an extremely high-risk environment due to volatility and significant market fluctuations. Post-Inauguration Period (Jan 21, 2025 - Dec 31, 2025)

After the inauguration, the trading environment will remain high risk as markets adjust to the new administration. Unexpected market events, sometimes referred to as “black swan” events, may continue to impact trading. Clients should proceed only if fully aware of these risks and prepared to trade under such conditions.

1. Agreement Reaffirmation. By using the TRND Bot signal, you reaffirm your acceptance of these terms as outlined in the original agreement, agreeing to the same conditions for trading risks, non-liability, and disclosures provided there.

2. Acceptance of Trading Risks. By proceeding, you agree to assume all risks associated with algorithmic trading through TRND Bot. This service is intended for experienced clients who are comfortable with the risks of automated trading. It is recommended that you only use funds you can afford to lose, as trading could lead to account losses.

3. No Liability for Losses or Underperformance. By continuing with TRND Bot, you acknowledge that TRND and its affiliates bear no liability for any trading losses or underperformance resulting from employee support, market conditions, algorithm behavior, or any factors impacting trading results.

4. Not Financial Advice. TRND not it's employees provide financial advice or personalized investment guidance. All decisions regarding the use of funds remain your responsibility. We encourage you to consult with a licensed financial advisor to determine the appropriateness of this service for your financial goals, risk tolerance, and overall strategy.

5. Acknowledgment of Marketing Content. By choosing to proceed, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all TRND marketing and informational content. 6. Minimum Balance vs Lot Multiplier Requirements. The multiplier can’t be set lower relative to account balance because the minimum lot size of 0.01 restricts smaller accounts from scaling down further, ensuring trades close in profit without excessive exposure.

1. Subscription Updates and Billing. The updated TRND Bot Optimus algorithm signal is free for previous subscribers. All subscriptions to the old signal will be fully discontinued end of your annual term, and there will be no renewals or further charges related to the original service.

2. Support Resources. Due to recent operational adjustments, TRND has transitioned to support resources primarily provided through detailed help documents available on our website. These documents offer comprehensive guidance for clients using the updated signal. Please note that live Zoom or Google Meet support is no longer available.
