📈Step 1: Connect your MT5 Account

This step is to help you add your trading account to TRND. As always, all your information stays private, and we have no access to your funds.

1. Login to TRND here: https://auto.trndbot.com/login

2. After logging in:

   1. Click the Menu

   2. Click 'Configurator'

   3. Click "Accounts"

1. Click "Add Account"

1. Fill out Account information:

   1. Choose MetaTrader 5

   2. Write your full name in Descriptive Name (this will help us track your performance internally)

   3. Fill in your Account Number & Password

      1. Your account number & password can be found in an email sent to you from your broker, when you first opened the account. If you use OX, search your email for the Subject Line "Account Processed". Note: This is NOT your logins to your broker, it is a randomly generated account number and password set by the broker.

      2. Once you have located your account number and password, copy and paste ALL characters into the correct fields. Note: Make to copy the 'password' and not the 'investor password'. Also make sure to copy all symbols, letters, and numbers of the password. If anything is missing or incorrect, the account will not connect. It is case sensitive.

1. Click "Add Account"

1. Wait for TRND to build it's API to your Brokerage Account (this typically takes 30-60 seconds)

   1. On the left of your ID number there will be a clock icon indicating it is building the API

   2. If succesfully connected you'll get a green checkmark ✅

   3. If the password, or account number is incorrect you'll get a red error icon 🛑

      1. If you get this icon, please wait 2-3 min, then click the trash icon on the right side of your screen and delete the account and try again.
